Unknown Hard Error in Forza Horizon 4

I installed this game from Steam, i cant launch the game im getting : Unknown Hard Error and It takes up all the ram.
I tried few sols from online
> SFC scannow
> Disabled some services in msconfig
> downloaded whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-22.11.2-win10-win11-dec8.exe

These are my system configs if they may help you in any way
Ryzen 9 7900x
ASUS RTX 4060ti
DDR5 16gb

Please help me out

try this open bios>security>secure boot control (enable) and click key management click all the factory buttons and update them

Just remove Targethardware.dll file

Delete the targethardwareprofile.dll from your game folder, it worked for me

deleting the TargetHardwareProfiler.dll helps often since 3-4 years but OP just only played 1 minute actually so i guess it wasn t working.
