GAME CRASH

I bought the game yesterday, downloaded it, I log in and a loading image appears in the middle of the screen, then after about 30 seconds the image disappears and the game crashes, please help me

well, I won't help you but I have the same problem... looks it's not necessary our pc but some game problem

WHAT WORKED for me: I have laptop and external monitor - this was the issue. I needed to set monitor settings to duplicate the view on both monitors. Also I read that ESET antyvirus may cause some issues so you can try to turn it off and then run the game. Ehh, 21st century and we have problems like 20years ago

looks like it churns memory until it crashes and get "the exception unknown"

Okay, guys, I solved this problem (I need to open the credentials manager, go to the windows credentials, find Xbl|DeviceKey and delete it) but now I have another problem, now when I enter the game and press enter to start the game, I need authorization, although I'm authorized everywhere
