Is there any way to get the HOT WHEELS cars if I don't own the DLC?

Is there any way to get the HOW WHEELS CARS? or better, if I buy the XBOX/PC DLC separately will I be able to redeem it on Steam?
I wonder if the DLC will activate on Steam if the listing is for XBOX/PC.

If a key reseller is listing something as Xbox/PC it means Microsoft Store.

Yes, the two storefronts are separate versions of the game, and keys for one will not work on the other. It is currently impossible to obtain the Hot Wheels Legends pack on Steam.

You can buy a RipRod for 8 million at the auction house. It should be 20 million because the only way to get this car is by completing a star card.

To clarify, there are a few Hot Wheels cars (the Rip Rod, Twin Mill, Bone Shaker, and...the Mustang I think?) that are still available in the base game through one way or another. The six cars in the Hot Wheels Legends DLC pack are the ones that are permanently unavailable now.

I bought a Rip Rod in the auction house a while back, and while it showed in my garage, it would not let me select the car to drive so I sold it. I do have a Twin Mill that I can drive, but I don't recall how I got it - Wheel Spin, maybe?

Huh...I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to drive the Rip Rod. It's not a DLC car so it wouldn't be restricted because of that. Does the game actually check if people have completed the Star Card task? I've never heard about it doing that anyway.

idk as well, all cars are available, even if you bought it without completing a starcard. only cars which dlc you don't have couldn't be used.
