Progress lost

I downloaded the game today after like a year or so, and I just logged in my account, but it took me to a new game. It’s not loading my old account and when I check my Forza, it shows that I have achievements. I and the pictures I have taken, but it’s not loading my account. I’ve tried everything somebody please help.

You lost your save due to Steam Cloud not been activate (at least not for FH). You can contact the Forza support to restore your cars and some other things like CR but your progress is gone.

I have emailed them about this and they said they will give me the cars and credit, thanks for the help

You mean progress is saved separately from cars and credits? Because I've wanted to restart the story (even without rewards) for a while now but don't wanna lose anyhing. Like a New Game Plus sorta deal

save on your steam with progress, they have the info(log files) about your auction trades, items etc. Also that's how they can detect illegally added credits, cars etc
