Tips for noobies?

I honestly don't care about racing games nor never have. However, I saw the game was getting desisted and thought I;d get the ultimate edition and it could be a good game to play after work while listening to podcasts.

Any tips for new players or a way that would help me enjoy the game? Kinda just wanna customize real life cars like tesla and stuff and drive.

Go into settings and set the game to the lowest difficulty level. The game will still be fun and challenging for you since you're new. The first few hours are about just getting the hang of the driving. When you get better at races, go up a difficulty level. The cars in the other races will match the cars you use in terms of class. So race with cars in lower classes. They will be slower, but your opponents will be too. S2 class cars are the fastest, and S1 are the second fastest and so on down the line. Maybe start with a B class car. Handling will be easier with a slower car. The game is about controlling the cars more than it's about speed. Going as fast as you need to go, with the best handling is the key. Go slow into turns, and exit turns as fast as you can (with tire grip). Just feel it out and have fun. You get points and level up for everything you do in the game, and you'll see that in the upper middle part of the screen as you drive around. You get more points for the increased difficulty levels. If you never get to a point where you can win races on average, that's fine. The game is about your experience with it. make it yours, do the events, and side things you want to do, and enjoy.
