Too many request xbox error HELP

i can't log in on xbox cause is says too many request, what do i do?

hi, tried to log in in the game only or also tried with xbox gamebar/xbox social before launching the game? wing+g normally should open it, otherwise just activate it in windows settings...maybe some stuff from this page will help if the stuff above isn t helping.
