Horizon Backstage pass.. How to get it?

I cant seem to find any way of getting it.
I tried the Super 7 and Eliminator event. None of them grant a backstage pass.
What possible options do I have?

it's funny because tonight i reached 50% in this series and my backstage pass count did not increase. i wonder is there a soft-cap for these?

I just unlocked the 50% series pass and it worked fine for me...

Worked fine for me - used it to get the Mercedes-Benz 280SL roadster. I would otherwise have used it to get the equally rare Toyota Trueno, if it were available backstage...
