Does the game has autosave?

I'm not sure if I can close the game anytime or do I have to save somehow?

Yes, when you see the small spinning circle in the lower-right the game is auto saving.

Is it normal that the game tells me the warning of "you sure you wanna quit without saving?" everytime i'm closing the game or it's because I did some progress that's not saved?

So long as the spinning circle has disappeared, the game has finished auto saving. If you want to guarantee it, you can do something like fast travel or enter/exit a house, which should force an autosave.
