Are these also going away? or can you still get the achievments for them after the series

No, Forzathon Live and Super 7 will still be available. Neither of them is attached to the Playlist.

(Well technically Super 7 High Stakes switches up its rewards every season, so those may change, but the mode itself will still be there.)
