Had the same problem a couple days ago. Signing out and signing in on the main menu screen solved the issue. Hope it helps.

2. Enter the command : control.exe /name Microsoft.CredentialManager
3. Go to the tab "Windows Credentials"
4. Remove all tokens with names like this

Xbl_Ticket ...
Xbl| ...
Xbl|Device ...
XboxLive ...

5. Restart the game
6. Log back into your Xbox account
