Weird steering wheel axis
In-game steering wheel is oversteering. Not like "I am unable to pass a sharp turn". It's really unplayable: for example, when I slightly rotate my steering wheel (controller-one, Logitech Driving Force GT) about 5-10° to the right, the in-game steering wheel immediately turns right to the maximum. If I continue to rotate my wheel to the right, the in-game one just stays on the right side. The steering wheel is working not like a wheel, but like a left/right button. The same thing happens to the left. In-game settings are not helping: I tried different deadzones and linearity settings - no avail. Changing 900° to 180, 270 or 540 - no avail. I also tried customizing input mapping profiles - no avail. All videos and guides are about other steering problems - like reversed ffb. But this issue has occurred not only to me, my friend also encountered this problem using a Logitech G29. If you know the solution - please help.

If by in game steering wheel you mean what it shows you in the car then that wheel is wonky and doesn't represent what your wheel is doing. It's better to use the other cockpit view or over the hood view. If you move your wheel 10 degrees to the right with your wheel set at 360 or 540 you should get a proportional amount of steering i.e. if you drive slowly and turn 10 degrees to the right and then continue to turn the wheel further you should get more turn in. If you are oversteering you might need more downforce on the back wing or a longer 2nd gear or something to make the car more stable.
Thanks for your reply. But I don't mean to offend you and I'm really sorry, but your answer sounds like a joke. No, the steering wheel is not just visually turned wrong, the front wheels are also turned to the maximum. Apologies, most likely the issue is in my broken English, and I'll try to rephrase in a more understandable way.

This is not a problem with a steering wheel display, AS SOON AS I TURN THE CONTROLLER WHEEL A LITTLE BIT, the car IMMEDIATELY GOES TO THE SIDE AT MAXIMUM. :D The gradation of rotation for the in-game steering axis is totally broken, it immediately jumps to the maximum. For example, when you turn the controller by 10 degrees, the in-game steering axle does the whole turn (in-game it's only 90° but it's a full turn of the wheel axis), further movements of the steering wheel are useless. It looks like a broken linearity, but it cannot be fixed by adjusting it.
Is your problem exclusive to Forza 4?
Yes, only in Forza 4. In FH5 and other games, it's working fine.

Here is a demonstration of my problem: https://youtu.be/lMTCgFBpPw8
I assume you set your control settings to default in forza 4 and your wheel software. The only thing I can think of that would do that is a controller conflict. If you have say an xbox controller plugged in with a joystick with a deadzone it might conflict with your wheel. In my case I had a shifter conflict with a wheel and caused it to cut out. Forza 4 steam edition from what I read doesn't do parallel inputs. Your software shows you have a second controller besides the wheel. Can you disable that? I can't think of anything else that would cause the problem you are having. I read forza 4 has poor wheel support so it might work for some and not for others. Apart from third party controller conflicts I haven't had problems. On the steam main screen you can try to click on the steam box in the top left and going settings --> controller and unchecking all the sliders.
