This question DOES have a correct answer, i'm just asking because i'm planning on making a video about the actual rarest car in the game, because you get so many different answers from people. And before you say, it's NOT any of the preorder cars anymore because of the backstage pass.

It's the McLaren P1 "Owen's Edition". Only one account is/was allowed to have it. Anyone else who hacks it into their game gets insta-banned from online for having it.

Very clever answer, but i forgot to mention that it has to be a car that could be obtained by a player at some point. Although if we disregard that rule, then absolutely.

In that case it's the quartz regalia. Every other car, even the Ford Capri Forza Edition is and continues to be obtainable by anyone without needing to get used one from the auction house (meaning that new copies of the car can be produced legitimately).

Well if we're going by that criteria, then the Hot Wheels Legends pack cars are even rarer, since they're straight-up impossible to obtain for new players.

Quartz Regalia was very easy to get before they removed it so there's a lot of them in player garages. Ford Capri Forza Edition on the other hand is super rare because you need to do all star cards. Most people don't even try to get it but sure they still can.

You can still get a key for the dlc though.

I bought the Ultimate edition after the Hot Wheels DLC was delisted, and I can get all 6 cars in the DLC from the Autoshow for 100K each.

You won't be able to buy them from auction house. The game will ask you to buy DLC first.
