Only one Backstage pass per week, is this a joke?

When they first said that you will be able to buy Backstage passes with the Forzathon Points, i was happy that you could buy all cars missing in a relatively short time, when you play a lot. I first thought, why they don't start the Festival Playlists again instead of that, but realized that you then maybe need to wait 4 years till a special car appears again that you need. But now, if you only can buy one Backstage Pass a week, it's not much difference... It really sucks...

yah 1 pass a week is meh.. luckily i already have most or the really desirable BSP cars. but i realize most players dont. i have 8k Fpts saved and will collect far more than 250 in a week doin F live events.. soo i hope they come up with more to buy cause they can keep the stupid clothes.

Honestly, I'm not in a hurry to get rare cars, so it doesn't bother me. Just having them available to grab is good enough for me. I grabbed the Clio V6 this week, and I'll slowly grab other cars per week. I won't be leaving Forza Horizon 4 until 6 comes out, so for me it's fine.

I was expecting at least 2 ways to obtain them. 2/3 per week seens nice to me.

what really sucks is the assigned values of cars that are supposed to be so rare and ultra unattainable. i have a Raesr and a Quartz both that i'd have no thoughts about selling.. they arent that special to me. but they want to say the raesr is worth 1.2 million and the Quarts isnt even worth that? and the Toyota GT86 is still demanding 16-20 million?!! riiiight. ill sit on my ultra-rares that "arent worth anything". Who regulates the auction house values anyways? total "worms-for-brains" idiot i guess.

Yeah, this is utterly absurd to me. I have over 40k Forzathon points on my MS Store playthrough, and since passes are shared I was going to buy a bunch so that my Steam playthrough could clear out the store. The way things are now, all of those points are really useless. I hope there's some way to convince the devs to tweak this, because otherwise it'll take literal years for a new player to buy enough passes to get all of the cars.

From what I understand the Auction House values scale automatically based on things like how many cars of that model are listed or how frequently they sell. The GT86 probably has such a high max value because it sells very quickly.

Damn, 40k points is crazy, i just started when the sale was almost 2 month ago, i bought tze ultimate Edition for 20. Now i have a bit over 500 cars and i try to complete the game, atm at 127 achievements. But yeah, if it stays like this, i think i will never complete my car collection. I thought i can buy as much oasses as i want and then i would have just played a lot of forzathons, but yeah, i guess that's not happening. At least there are no achievements that you have to get 700 cars or something like that, but it sucks none the less...

But it seems that when i complete and win a season race, it still puts a car into my garage , no any backstag pass as promised. IIRC, they said, from now on races give Pass but not cars

Super7 High Stakes may still give you a pass on an occasional week (not this week though). If they do, there's a glitch that allows you to farm passes in big numbers, provided you're patient enough to keep winning those challenges.

No, that was never said. The announcement text mentioned "daily and weekly tasks" that would award Forzathon points, which could then be used to purchase Backstage Passes. I assumed that any championships or PR stunts would likewise award points, but unfortunately they seem to be exact repeats of the series that just ended.

Yeah, 1 a week is pretty stingy... it's like even though they've washed their hands of doing any more live service, they still want to have their cake and eat it too by making it super slow to get these cars with an arbitrary weekly purchase limit.

I was looking forward to the idea of playing a bunch and grinding out points to buy passes, but I'm probably gonna just play less tbh cause there's no point earning more than 250 points a week.

This isn't compelling me to play FH5 which is what I'm sure they'd rather we do, as I was never going to play 5... 4 is my Horizon.

Do the backstage pass cars rotate? Are there any that are particularly good to scoop up or what to watch out for? I've noticed I have several from random rewards already, and did buy the ones marked as preorder cars. I'm not sure if I should be saving these or just use them on whatever looks good.
