What does deluxe and ultimate dlc come with now?

I'm hearing mixed things about what is included with each.

Ultimate include everything but the HotWheels cars and Treasure Map DLCs. The Deluxe version isn't worth as has less DLCs and these can't be bought separately anymore.

Ultimate edition contains two map expansions and its exclusive car packs (15 cars you would not be able to buy and drive without these expansions). Fortune island (10 cars) and Lego (5 cars) land. Deluxe edition have just car packs except one. But no matter what edition you will get you should redeem free DLCs on steam Mitsubishi pack and some two cars i think are in the list. These might not be added to your purchase automatically and you could miss them out.

Ultimate has everything except the Hot Wheels cars and the free DLC. There's almost 800 cars so it contains literally 99% of the content. There are Hot Wheels cars that exist without that DLC, so there's not much to them (no achievements unobtainable), You won't drive all the cars, so it's kind of a moot point. Unless you really like Hot Wheels, there's nothing missing.

i just purchased the ultimate. Where do i download the lego land and fortune island expansions or is it part of the 89g download already
