What Edition to Buy?

Hi All, i play this games - borrow it from my Friends, use Family Sharing, i can see he have 49 DLC (see it from Library) mostly i can play like it's my own since He don't have time to play at the moment.

But since i read this morning that this games will be delisted, i consider to buy it for myself, because i don't want to be so dependable with Friends Library

What Edition to Buy? if i buy ultimate, does it still matter since the news coming?

How about if i play first with friends library, unlock all dlc stuff, put on my garage etc
After that i buy Standard Version, does that stuff still exist on my accont?

If you have the money I'd highly recommend the Ultimate Edition, as you won't be able to acquire any of the cars it gives you once the game is delisted.
