What are the achievements that will be unobtainable in august 22?

Most of them will not be obtainable from August 23 but the achievement "Encore?" will not be obtainable from July 29 since for this achievement you must start from July 25 and complete all the daily and weekly challenges, events, races and PR stunts of the festival during the 4 weeks from July 25 to August 22.

thanks for posting that, MBK. Is that a definitive list of all affected achievements or could there be more that we don't know about? The word "including" just makes it sound vague, like there could be more.

There are definitely more than just those four, as a handful of other achievements involve the seasonal playlist. If you search for "season" or "playlist" in the achievements list, that should point out what you need.
