What's with the 20 minute loads in multiplayer?

Is this normal? Whether it's playground or online adventure, I am forced to sit through 20 minute loads on average.

Every multiplayer race I do, I get stuck for at least 10 minutes. Single player is no issue. So it's something wrong with this game. It's borderline unplayable.

No idea what's causing it but it's old bug that was never fixed. It's better when you play ranked for some reason.

I hope so. I have to play enough to get to ranked and it's going to be pure suffering it seems. It looks like Horizon 5 has this issue too? How was this never fixed.

It's been like that since fh4 released on steam no matter which platform do you play. Man online adventure in this game is so fun, it's such a shame they never fixed this issue:(

bad internet connections and potato pc´s are causing it so if it takes longer as usual just alt+f4 and it is faster as waiting...bad luck if the next try is the same :)

It has nothing to do with bad internet or potato pc's. 1 or 2 races can load fast but for some reason 3rd can take 15+min. It's just a bug and they are too lazy to fix it.

never had it that 1 or 2 races was normal and it happend at 3rd race...and i played way more as you did. we played hundrets of trials, ranked online, ... and it never happend with my mates. only with some randoms it had problems to sync because of potato pc/internet and as soon they left it was instant starting.

Well it happened for me multiple times, i played more on xbox than steam so not sure if you have more hours :). Maybe it depends on region

it is a bug, nothing you can do
multiplayer in fh4 is more fun than in fh5, but man, those loading times are dreadful
btw Im writing this while loading for a ranked match for 10 min+

Well it happened for me multiple times, i played more on xbox than steam so not sure if you have more hours :). Maybe it depends on region

yeah maybe also the region...some session you join you instant recieve a pop up message above (because of bad connection) and i always switch lobby then.

even a good connection will be worse if you re in a lobby with people who re far away...now imagine the same the same with a guy with weak internet (even with people close to him). it just fails to sync.

o i c :) lets say we both played enough hrs ;)

Never had issue in FH5 but now in FH4 its never ending loading screens...
I have fiber connection and high end PC so should not be on my side.

i think it is because someone leaves multiplayer game.
At late night, everything works great when it is 3vs3 for example.
