Have the base game; if I want to get the DLCs now via Ultimate Edition do I pay full price or the difference?

one dlc pack was the same price as the ultimate edition now so its not too bad

Even if you buy the ultimate edition, you won't get all the DLCs previously included in it. There are 5 DLCs that are missing:
- Forza Horizon 4: Hot Wheels™ Legends Car Pack
- Forza Horizon 4: Mitsubishi Car Pack
- Forza Horizon 4: Treasure Map
- Forza Horizon 4: 1967 Sunbeam Tiger
- Forza Horizon 4: 1979 Talbot Sunbeam Lotus

Why should one re-buy a version you've already bought?
If you rebuy, shouldn't you get to keep that extra copy to give to your friend?

the hot wheels one is probably the one that should have stayed (it looked cool)

the treasure map was just a way to not grind the game out

They all should have stayed especially the Mitsubishi pack which was free. The game now is missing some legendary Mitsubishi cars.

3 dlcs were always free to base game and even gamepass version had it.
And i guess they got a bad deal with hot wheels so it's not in car pass.

They should have included those 3 in the Ultimate Edition before delisting them. Feels wrong to have such a large collection of cars without a single Mitsubishi.
