Which one to buy?
Hello people, gonna buy game and I wanted to know which version to get.
Are Deluxe and Ultimate versions worth it?

Ultimate will contain Lego and Fortune island expansions and all car dlc's excluding hot wheels car pack dlc and treasure map dlc. treasure map just reveals all locations of barn, xp boards and fast travel boards.

what is required for achievements? will everything still work when the game is delisted in december?

Delisted means you can't buy, online still will work.

according to the forza blog post, some online event will end in august

Series 77 will end in August, that's not online event. It's a list of tasks to do weekly every month.

Also you can do most of them offline, but you can't get all rewards that way.

This is the worst one to buy atm since they are actively delisting it and do not want to keep it alive and forcing us to play the latest release.

went ahead and bought ultimate edition, better to have it for 9$ and play it, rather getting delisted and regret it. I'm sure I'll get 9 hours of value, which is my "formula" for buying a game 1$ should at least equal for 1 hours of fun.

When in doubt, the most expensive version is the best one to purchase in the long run, as it contains the most content overall (through not quite all DLC, unfortunately).
