they removed all dlc´s today. im not sure, but i think the only chance to get dlc´s is to buy ultimate edition.

but the ultimate edition do not include Hot Wheels Pack

FH3 had a Hot Wheels map but didn't FH4 just have Hot Wheels cars? FH4 has Fortune Island and LEGO maps.

Ultimate edition gets everything here minus the Treasure Map and the Hot Wheels Legends Car Pack

There are other hot wheels cars too which were not part of any dlcs like Boneshaker. So don't worry about that, you will do the achievement easily

Treasure map is literally a waste of money since online maps exist. Idk why it's even necessary to sell something you can have for free with a quick google search.
