how to disable narrator?

Each time i start up game, he says" Forza horizon 4, Enter to start game". I have turned it off in accessibility, still it says that. please help.

In the accessibility option, I disabled everything except subtitles. Now it doesn't say anything anymore. It didn't work in one go, I changed the option every time I heard the sound, now it never says anything.

What do you mean by "it didn't work in one go"? Can you elaborate on what you did to fix this?

I have everything in accessibility options turned off. Hell, I removed Narrator.exe from the system32 folder of my PC. It STILL narrates the start menu.

I meant to save the in-game settings and restart the game, repeat if needed.

Strange. It doesn't still say "Forza Horizon 4, press enter to start"? Those are my settings as well, but I still get the narrator at the start screen.

You can try saving settings and quitting the game several times.

There's a narrator? I disabled the radio not long after I first got the game so that must have disabled the narrator also. So if you want to keep the radio you have to keep the narrator too I guess. There's a guide on here that shows you how to disable radio. It's very easy. Just an xml tweak.
