Crash after loading. [SOLVED]

So I got hyped and bought my self the Ultimate Edition, I played the whole prologue. The game runs smoothly but the game crashed after I finished my first race of the autmn (Dirt).
I tried to open the game again, I press the continue button but still crashed. I try to figure how to solve it for 12 hours.
List thing I've done:
1. Reinstalling my windows, even upgrading it into 20H2 version.
2. Updating the windows
3. Updating the display driver.
4. Verifying game
5. Play without the dlcs.
6. Doing everything on the internet.

But I miss 1 point where it should be reinstalled, I won't download 100gb again, i am tired of waiting for almost 12hrs.

A little update, tried to press the continue button without internet connection, can get inside the game but only for few second (arround 5 seconds), then it crashed again.
It seems the game crashing when try to get online or something?

Update, after selling our soul to the demons we actually manage know how to fix this. (thanks to 99ultra)

Step 1.
Win+R > ncpa.cpl
Enable the ethernet connection then unplug your ethernet cable (if there's any)
Step 2.
Right click on your main internet connection (can be ethernet/wifi) and tick all of the features except "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" and "Microsoft Network Adapter Multipxor".
Step 3.
Install all of the Xbox related things from MS Store, then update all of them.
Step 4.
Enable the Xbox game bar (if it's on then if you press G the bar will show), then open your Xbox app and log in.

Update 2;
Do not leave any of connection device/adapter/drive disabled, if you have any connection adapter disabled go re enable it.
(examples: Ethernet, Wifi, Bluetooth, etc)

Have you tried reinstall the game?
I tried backing up the game then install it on another drive. But still crashed.
Have created 3 accounts and all the same, it's crashed when online/all features are unlocked.

Any of you tried adding the WHOLE Forza 4 Steam folder to Exclusions in Windows Virus & Threat Protection / security and also at the same time Turning OFF Real time Protection also in Windows Virus & Threat Protection while you launch and play the game ?

Which version are yours? Ultimate?
Ill try to redownload the game with all of the dlc unactivated.

I already deactive my realtime, should I make an exception folder too?

Has anyone found a fix? Steam won't give me refund and I have the same problem. I have tried reinstalling, and it does not work.

My game wokrs fine until the certain point as I explain, even the benchmark runs smoothly too.
So I don't think the start up fix is gonna help me, beside I already installed all of the netframework versions.

Im trying to find a common problem that we both havent done. I used my friends computer w my account and it worked, so not an account problem. I have the Asus Zephyrus g14 laptop. I have integrated graphics, but Im making Forza use the nvidia card rather than the integrated. Im wondering if thats the problem?

No, I switched my bios from igpu into egpu still nothing.

Anyway about your friend's computer.
Did he download the game himself or is it your game file?

Downloaded it himself on my account. We were tryna isolate the problem to account or the computer

Maybe just try to make a backup file from your friend's PC?
