13th Player House

So somebody or anybody clear something up for me. It says according to the main map (Great Britain) stats that there are 13 player houses in total but yet I only counted 12 that I own right now. Where is this 13th player house? I need the remaining 3,000 Influence to get the last level for the explorer of Horizon Life.
