If you still have problems, cut the corners as much as possible. Bounce off the bridge wall while keeping speed as well.

All are AWD with snow tires. I think I like the mustang the best but they all work well.
For the speed zone you should take out most of the walls/fencing on the left side approaching and after the bridge, and then use the bridge to bounce off and redirect up the hill.
I think the speed trap I did coming from the north, the speed zone I came from the south direction, and had to clear the stone fences and bounce off the bridge walls like others have suggested.
But I feel like it's worth saying, if we have to use *only* the fastest cars in the game, and rewind multiple times, AND cheat by bouncing off the walls, maybe this one is a bit too difficult. Most of the other challenges aren't this bad though, snow is definitely the hardest climate.
