[FIX] FH4 Won't Start - Memory Leak (Crash Steam/etc) in NVIDIA users

1) Go to game folder.
2) remove TargetHardwareProfiler.dll
3) Play game! :)

THANK YOU. I've been unable to run this retarded game for almost over a year, I've tried everything. I went to read what the patch came out, and purely by chance there someone pointed this post, and oh my god it helped.... I can't believe my eyes

In my case, you don't have to reinstall the game. Just delete the "TargetHardwareProfiler.dll" in the game folder and it worked.

Well the reason I said that is because like Eto, I also deleted the game a while back when it started having the memory leak issues. I am currently reinstalling it as we speak, but I will make dead sure that this file gets zapped.
