Why There is No Quartz Regalia in my forza

When I saw Forza 4 fandom I saw that there was a Quartz Regalia in January for 50% season completion, but why didn't I realize that, so I tried a trick to return to January but there was no Quartz Regalia there was only VW Ghia. does the car need dlc or something?

Bad news, the devs have silently removed the car from Backstage pass list and even changed the Type-D Regalia from normal Regalia's skill point to Toyota Supra... Could have been a licensing problem but then again it was a jerk move for the devs to do so without annoucing it at all to the playerbase. This happened a few weeks ago, to our surprise

Also, technically the seasons are now repeating previous ones but not to complete copy of them to full extend (some changes may occur in events or car rewards)

Your only hope is someone willing to part with their Regalia, but due to this removal, pretty much not likely.. my condolences (for everyone else as well who wanted this car...)

Yeah I'm puzzled by the news feeds for this game.

Forza media outlets:
> New random ass car available for this week's seasonal
> social media feeds talking about FH5, except they're broadcast to FH4 ingame mailboxes
> Random pre-recorded gameplay tips also broadcast to ingame mailbox

Also Forza media outlets:
x Not a peep about Ken Block's passing which is KINDA a big deal for a game full of licensed references to him
x Not a word about the Quartz being sunsetted or the state of the game for that matter
x Pre-recorded deadpanned hands-off response to the NVIDIA driver issue to a game they're still selling for AAA price

Technically this game was supposed to be de-listed before the licensing for things like the Quartz fell out, 4 years starting in 2018, but what I heard is theres some kind of legal loophole with the Steam launch that allowed them to renew those and continue beyond the deadline, even though they themselves have washed their hands of FH4 in favor of FH5.
The Quartz Regalia being a cross promo made it a casualty instead of the game itself.

Its a mess.
