How to quallify for ranked?

Hi. How can i quallify for ranked in order to get the season over 80%? I consulted several guides but they all counterdict each other in what to do exactly. I did several random races in order to be able to list in ranked and even some ranked to qualify further but no matter how good or bad i drive and how many points i get the meter for qualifying aint go up. Do i miss something or is the ranking no longer possible due to the game being somewhat older? Thanks for any useful advice.

Finally climbed to rank 10 in ffa and found a match in ranked games to qualify after months of searching for a match for hours.

Denied, no star card progress and new ranks just disappeared.

And rivals reward is still broken, many people don't get backstage passes and all the other issues. I have had lots of fun with the game, and thought I'd get FH5 too after I've collected all the cars in FH4, but if developers don't bother why should I. Guess no

for me sigh.

Nuuuu, how to say about fh5, not that bad, the same bugged as hell, but i not like setting/environment, I like fh4 real seasons, i like winter etc..
FH5 have much much much better offroad handling/suspensions etc., now days graphic effects, but road racing for me seems much more precise in fh4.
FH5 are completely messed up PI system, you can build A800 car who perform alike S2, that is full mess, no clear rules for cars build, but i like test a lot cars, build them, drive and so on.
I am not say that FH5 are worse or better as fh4 technically, simply i prefer (after about 1900 hours in fh5 if be precise) more FH4, so few months ago i reset may store version (I have also Steam version) progress and start fh4 game from the beginning.
