Glen Rannoch Mast photo challenge - how to arrange? (COMPLETED)

Each time I go up there, I don't see anybody else in the area, human or AI. Is it possible and practical to set an appointment, so that maybe several players could take care of that at the same time? Since Forzathon Live happens on the hour, I would suggest evening or early morning on the quarter-hour, e.g. 05/06/07:15 or 18/19/20/21/22/23:15 Atlantic Time. Or, if worldwide traffic justifies it, just every hour on the quarter-hour.

Any thoughts?

I just tested it again, go to any race, select Custom Events, click Search and enter 105378948 in the Share Code field. No problems here :) And you can also make your own ofc.

After trying to get a wide shot of all the requirements I just banged the horn next to the mast for 5 mins. Another player eventually came. Next weeks challenge will probably be something like take a photo of your D class car jumping over the flying scotsman... synchronised with 5 other drivatars while it's snowing.

SOLVED. I got lucky after a race and checked the map. Someone seemed to be there, so I fast-travelled over to the hill and successfully took the picture. Funny thing is, my mini-map did show another driver, but I saw none on the main screen... :-P

Thanks for checking, man. Who knows, I'm probably screwing up yet again somewhere. But yes, I'd eventually like to create my own blueprint map leading directly to/past the tower.

That's because your game doesn't connect to Horizon Live servers. It's the same for me.
I bet you can't even do events which requires online, like Playground and Trial events...

Not quite the same. I’ve been able to do most Forzathon Online events to collect FP (good thing!), and on those few occasions when I couldn’t, logging out, rebooting and logging back in always fixed things. Then while still logged in, I could also do Playground and Trial events.

So when I said that I couldn’t see any other players, I just meant within camera range and not on the full-size map.
