How do you normally farm for skill points, credits etc.?
As far as I can tell, the best or easiest way to build up skill points (to climb your vehicle’s skill tree) is to bounce around the dunes of Bamburgh Beach and earn point chains or multipliers. Of course, you can’t just go nuts and throw caution to the wind, since launching too high and then landing too hard on your side, nose or roof can break point chains. I use the Regalia D as it can easily climb out of deep sand in 3rd or 4th gear. The RS200 FE is great for general all-terrain racing, but a little too fast for this site.

I do Forzathons with my BMW M6 FE with maxed out skill tree (so I can stop after 1 collision and still get the points). This way you get skill points while doing other stuff :)

Earning skill point is too easy. MAke your difficulty settings for drift and get some hooligan car. In an open zone you can get tons of skill points unlimitedly with some drift. FOr credits i suggest you challenges. Grab your fastest car and join some Mİllion races. These races are tricked ones which you will always win and in a short time. Also you can audition some special cars which you can get from horizon pass.

What's a "Million race" ?

Hoonicorn RS200. It's a skill point monster once you max out the mastery tree

I also focus on Sideswipe skills since they're worth 1k each.

What exactly is an “open zone”? I find that when I seek out the big highways for speed, they are always littered with traffic. Conversely, when I want traffic to sideswipe or Near Miss, there’s nothing around. 🤪

I decided to take out the Formula Drift Fiorano for a spin on the highway, just for the hell of it in case it was something close to what you suggested. I encountered the scariest 130 km/h driving ever, trying to keep the car straight amidst constantly shifting traffic! Is it correct to be flipping back and forth every two seconds, or should I be able to stay in one lane?

Good to know! Curiously, I find sideswipes hard to do on purpose and easy to do accidentally! Must work on those…

I have maxed out only a few cars’ skill trees: McLaren F1 & F1 GT, Regalia D, Ferrari 599XXE, maybe Alfa Romeo P3, and a few others which I tend to use most often. (I may update this comment as I remember more)

The Airstrip is pretty good with all the yellow pylon things. Watch out for the red and white barrier circles though, they have a habit of quickly ending skill chains 😬

I usually go to the hilly region where there's these windmills. Need fast S2 car with good acceleration, let's say Lambo Centario. Car's skill tree should be most mastered. Second life is very important, so you can drive more freely. Then, I just hit the gas and go for it. Need to keep away from those trees, but there's plenty of room. You'll get all kinds of skills: air, speed, drift, kangaroo, crash landing, sideswide, e-drift, destruction, 2 wheels, wrecking ball, ebisu style & barrell roll (if you're lucky), and most importantly ultimate skills and combined skills. Should take few minutes for 10 mastery points. And it's fun, that's what I like about it.

Wow, thanks for sharing your personal experience! Are you talking about Moorhead Wind Farm? Just the thing when you think you’ve done or seen it all. Now I can get serious completing mastery trees for more of my favorite cars!
