Xbox log in screen stuck

The game opens just fine, but the xbox login screen is glitched and nothing loads past the "lets get you signed in" page. I've updated windows, updated drivers and cleared cache, even reinstalled the game but no success. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same issue, but unfortunately, no solutions. I've tried all the suggestions...NFG

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\ForzaHorizon4

delete the forzahorizon4 folder entirely. it would reset the previous setting and maybe it would fix it too

I managed to figure it out with a friend. There was a windows zoomed in issue. Had to change the scaling

If the sign in window is too small for you (you cant see the prompt to sign in) you can use tab to navigate the clickable elements in the page. Eventually with enough guesses you should be able to log in

At the login screen, Hit TAB twice and then Enter. If you have a Microsoft Acct. it should start right up.

This one right here; This fixed it completely. Looks like it was a scaling issue. Thank you so much for that command tip with the tab tab and enter.

hit tab twice IF u have a microsoft account alreaady linked hit it once and then enter if you need to type in your email address

Thats the same problem i faced and i have done everything to solve this but you can just zoom on the signin tab and scroll down and then you can see the login option and after that you can enjoy the game (hope that helps)
