How to get preorder cars?

My game is ultimate edition but still not received any preorder car.How can i get ?

does anyone here have proof that they get their preorder cars into the steam Forza? can anyone share a screenshot? I've issued a Forza support ticket and still no response.

Like others have said, just check the message center under gifts and you should be able to claim those two.

ive checked my message center, gifts, my car collection, autoshow, basically everywhere.
cant find em. i have those 2 preorder cars and the 720s.

i will update my progress with the forza support and see how they can solve my issue.

also if anyone have the same problem as me, please inform here because im definitely not the only one that have this issue.

ok look i know about all of that.
when i say that i have the amg gtr, nissan gtr and 720s preorder cars i mean in my microsoft store forza horizon 4.

and as right now i still didnt get them into my steam forza. i didnt receive any of them from the gift.

Are both of your game versions (steam & windows) registered under the sane xbox live account? Because that would explain why you only got them gifted once. It’s 1 per xbox live account, the platform doesn‘t matter.

Second question, why do you need those PO cars for your steam if you already own them on your windows FH 4?

1. yes of course, definitely.
i use the same Xbox account.

2. that's a very good question!
the reason is that because i really want to ditch my microsoft store Forza and switch to the steam one.

i have pretty much every single cars, and im already at a very high level. because my progress won't sync due to ""technical limitations"" i have to pick 1 Forza to keep because I'm currently have 2 versions of forza horizon 4 in my laptop (about 200 gbs) and that's pretty large.

so im thinking if i can copy my existing 600 hours forza progress on the steam one by literally speedruning the game lol and that worked pretty well, ive copied almost the amount of money, houses, and progress in general.

only the problem is that i still left with the pre-order cars. my cars collection just isn't complete without them..

Well, you should have created a new xbox live account for your steam version. I think only then you would get the cars.

well technically Xbox live didn't exist anymore.

2. idk if creating a new Xbox account will give me pre-order cars

3. if that even true then i won't gonna make a new Xbox live account because i have a lot of shared tunes and designs. and i have lots of friends and im in a fairly good forza club. simply creating a new account = getting rid of all of that
