The Microsoft Store page says that "the app is currently unavailable". Is there another way of getting it? Or is it that you got it earlier and got to keep it?

This is exactly what I am talking about. The link takes me to the microsoft.com link. I click the get button, which launches the microsoft store app. There I arrive at the Forza Hub page, but it says at the top right corner that "Forza Hub is currently not available". I have tried this multiple times and the result has always been the same.
