Why no Skoda or Rolls Royce?
Why there arent Skoda or Rolls Royce in game? I mean them are big popular brands and Rolls Royce is in Forza Motorsport already? Hope for them in Forza Horizon 5....

Things change over time. License issues, not thinking certain models are worth trying to get the rights, etc.

There are a lot missing which could have a place in a game like this but don't

Rolls Royce didn't want their cars in a game like Forza Horizon where you go around and smash things. At least, that what was eluded to as the reason.

Tesla was initially featured in FM4. Subsequently in FH2, FM6 and FH3. No clue why they skipped or were overlooked.
