This is true, also worth mentioning that the S15 has probably THE WORST model in the game, lots of scaling issues to the point where it looks like it was modeled by hand back in 2007.
On a more humorous note, the SLS in this game has a light bar option to put on the roof. Same as HP 2010 except in this game the doors actually open which leads to clipping.
What does the genre have to do with the model quality?
I kind of agree. As of late the Forza series has been making little mistakes that can be quite bothersome for sabby car guys. Some of the things that bother me the most is incorrect sounds, like some V8 cars having V12 sounds, or minor modeling issues like the Hummer having visible brakes through the wheels, when they should be in-board. Other things are messed up gauges like the BMW Z3, 850Ci and a few others, or incorrect shifting animations.
However, I do disagree on the alternate options. Assetto Corsa is a decent game, but its focus is more on the simulation aspect and sanctioned PvP competition. If you're a car enthusiast, it is a good experience but an incomplete due to the lack of cars and overall content.
Forza will still be the best option for car enthusiasts as it offers the largest roster of cars, with good graphics, fully functional simulation drive mechanics and great replay value.
And dude, to tell others not to buy a game because your Nissan has a mistake on an aftermarket body kit seems rather petty. Chill my man, they'll get it right on the next game
First of all, this is 90% arcade game and it doesn't promotes itself like an real life simulation nor does it promotes it self like an serious REAL LIFE simulation with amazing attention to even smallest details. It's obvious what this game is for.
Secondly, you enjoyed the game and played it for God knows how many hours and you decided after long and hard thinking (LOL) that we should not buy it cause one model or maybe even few have some silly part/s is missed by few inches by Microsoft?
Yep, it hurts my snowflake feelings that amazing open world game like Forza has a HUGE problem like the one you mentioned. Damn, you changed my mind about buying it..
Go buy a brain.
Not many AAA games gave me this much fun in the base pack lately.
