Unable To Join Session

I just play the Forza Horizon 4 like 10hours playtime.I got 28 Lvl. And it is supposed to enable me online but it is not the case, whenever I want to connect to the online I get an IPSec error: 0x00000000.

that I've done :
- I tried all things in internet, teredo works ,conection works and NAT Moderatet
- I tried re-install game
- I tried Sign out and sign in like 5 time
- I tried connect another ISP
- I tried create new microsoft account

They claim that they corrected the error with joining the Horizon Life session - it still does not work for me.

The same all the time - the server address could not be determined, check DNS. Even though the Xbox Live services are working properly:
NAT - open
Server Connectivity - Connected

Someone will confirm the action and fix the error?

Are you sure it's about this time? Combing through the support twitter, it's happened before where Horizon Life was KO'd. And they haven't updated in 11 hours.

I just saw the "Wont Fix And By Design" section for Steam and Wheel.

Try fix xbox networking via the xbox networking, in start menu,
Or try set an IPV4 DNS , 8.8.8.8. and 9.9.9.9 or even 8.8.4.4

Started up the game to try give it a poke; connected right away.
Hopefully it wasn't just a fluke.

Seems the hamsters have been replaced. Continued to search for new sessions for about 5 minutes just to make sure and everything is connecting quickly.

Seems to be fixed now. I've kept zapping through horizon live lobbies yesterday and could connect within a few seconds any with no issues. Thanks PG.

Confirmed now it was fixed. Worked for me now.

Just started the ga,me, was unable to connect again, raced AI once and quit the game.

This is pretty annoying.

lordofthedread check in settings under xbox if you have network, performance and multiplayer connected, if not try what I did (posted awhile back about using command prompt to set teredo which works for me)

I'm still getting it now, kind of a joke when combined with the messed up surround sound.
