The 6600k is still a budget beast. Your specs are much more than enough to run this game maxed out and get more than 60fps if you keep it at 1080p. My other older computer has that same exact specs.
This game is very well optimized and will run in pretty much anything.
should be fine, the 2500, 3570 and 4690 are essentially all just evolutions of each other ... the game is very very well optimized with a TON of options to suit all tastes.

Just to help, yes it runs on this CPU. I'm using a i5 2500 with a 1050 ti to run this game from the Microsoft store
