You need to download Forza Hub from MS store

If you disable hud and use your dedicated screenshot button for Steam you'd be able to find the pictures without using another program.

You don't really need to download anything. You can find the photos you uploaded over at https://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/gallery/

Steam\userdata\[AccountID]\1293830\remote\

Photo_*.image files. But they are stored in own proprietary format.
