Get the game on Steam or the Microsoft Store?

Forget the price. What is the best platform for the game?

supposedly,MS store does not have ultimate edition? is it just my region ?
and they charge exorbitant costs for the DLC's if you need to buy them separately,. very disgusted by that.
Support for this game = season change , and monthly updates to 'optimize' and 'fix' but it makes things worse -

game is great, OFFLINE, or find a track you love, and go drive all 500/769 cars you love on it, for money, to buy new auction house cars, IF you can get them in time.
ANY online interaction is dependent on network performance, despite the 96GB game being installed on a SSD; / fucxed up logic

False. These are promotions. Thru the year you will find it cheaper on MS way more often than find it on Steam. A couple of weeks back Steam version was 100 euros and MS version 50 euros.

Do you live in my country? So how the hell could you know?

FH4 was never on sale on Steam since release. I paid full price for it at 39$ for the ultimate edition on Steam.

The same one on MS store is 112$. Explain to me how I would find it cheaper on MS store whith this price difference? It would take more than a 50% discount to be at the same price than the Steam version at full price.

I can provide screenshots if need be. Better to not talk if you don't know what you are talking about.

For me the MS store was down for months and I couldn't play. Steam version works just fine for me. And steam is reliable!
I don't use wheel, no stutters, the occasional crash - but had that on MS as well

That's a lie. Force feedback on Xbox controller is perfect. So perfect it was audible in my microphone and alerting team members so I turned it off. Perfect on the controller. If you read other comments they refer to feedback issues on the wheels!

But, Microsoft, or playground do put default settings on which is aimed more for controller, than anything else.

There isn't any haptic feedback on the triggers on the steam version. Unacceptable.

The game plays perfectly on the Microsoft Store. If you haven't already, give Gamepass a go for a $1, download it over there and see how things run. I don't know how their refund policies so that's why I suggest that route.

40$ vs 112, the choice was not really one, prices of MS store are totally insane here.

Just get it from Steam and test it out for yourself. You have the option to refund it within 2 hrs of game time.

For me, MS = 70€, steam = 100€
