DLC cars work offline?

Are the dlc cars usable offline or are they locked to online use only?

All cars can be used both is SP and MP, with exceptions of Bone Shaker and Track-Tor which are banned from PvP

I meant with intenet disconnected. Old forza horizon wouldn't let you access the car without internet even though you owned it?

Don't know about those but all DLC cars are available offline and online in FH3 as long as you purchased their respective DLCs.

That game simply won't launch if you disconnect your internet. It is always online. All cars are available to use however you want, unless it's a car banned from MP.

IU was genuinely intrigued if this game would launch offline so I disconnected my internet cable and launched the game and .... was able to play normally.

So no, this game does not requires you to be online to play and will perfectly launch when disconected from internet.

Next time, maybe try it out before spreading fake info.

Well, my UWP version doesn't launch either if not connected to the internet.

We're on Steam and Steam version runs offline. Have no clue what UWP is btw.

I'm pretty sure I played in MS Store version without the internet connection. But it was a few years ago. I'll check it this evening with actual game.

Hello, can someone test if all cars are available for purchase offline in auto show before I buy. FH3 on windows store only let you access main expansion dlc cars (hotwheels and blizzard mountain). All dlc car packs were locked without internet connection. Can someone verify that almost all 700ish cars are availbale to drive and purchase from autoshow without internet in offline mode plz and thankyou.

I've checked again and figured it out. If you want to play offline (MS version), you have to open Microsoft Store and go to settings. Then scroll down to offline permissions and enable the option that allows your pc to run apps and games in offline mode. And it should run with all content without any internet connection.

But watch out, this option can be changed 3 times in one year so you have to be sure which PC's you want to enable for offline play.
