No. There's no toggle like in MCC.
Teredo is supposed to automatically enable it's self when something attempts to use it out-going, and then test to see if it's still in use every 30 seconds by default.
If for some reason it's stuck disabled, try this:

For "Set Teredo Server Name", I recommend leaving it default so it can assign it's own server name.
If it still borks whenyou test it with "netsh interface teredo show state", be sure to try flipping Set Teredo State to Enterprise and try the command again.
I've tried everything on my PC-side to try and fix the problem, including all the known solution with commands, devices, etc. I assume my ISP or internet setup is inherently blocking Teredo. Sadly I am unable to change anything about that as I live in student accomodation. I've never experienced a game with such fundamental connection issues. I find it astounding that Microsoft, apparent technical geniuses, feel the need to use a connection type that doesn't work for lots of people...
Thanks for the reply, it's just such an unbelievable design choice. I really wanted to play this together with someone and I really like the game from what I played until unlocking the online mode...
