IPSEC: 0x00000000

Does anyone have a solution to the IPSEC: 0x00000000 issue, I have been unable to connect to online since I purchased the game on March 23rd and stuck to playing solo. A couple details about my case:

• NAT Type is open and server connectivity is connected
  
• I travel between two separate houses with different ISP and router brands but same issue
  
• I have tried reinstalling the game twice
  
• contacting every support I can find short of driving to Playground Games headquarters with my laptop.

Furthermore, I have submitted Forza support tickets only for them to direct me to Xbox support who direct me to steam support and then back to Forza, which I believe Forza support is the only one that could help, but they leave me with copy-paste messages saying it's not their problem.
If anyone knows how to fix this or has experienced the same issue but has tried something different I would greatly appreciate assistance because at this point I've waisted $100 on a game I would have definitely gotten a refund on if I knew this would've become a seemingly unsolvable problem.

only way i was able to get the game to work was a fresh reinstall of windows 10 LOL. works fine now but the game stutters like hell still.

I've the same problem since the second time I started the game.

A rather strange solution in this situation helped me. I have reduced the graphics settings in the game to the recommended by the Geforce Experience.

So whoever is reading this topic I have finally solved the issue for my end and it came by contacting xbox support and telling them it was happening in multiple games. A little background that may be helpful for anyone doing research.

• My NAT type was open and server connected in xbox networking (had to hit fix and check again sometimes)
  
• In device manager/add legacy hardware there was no microsoft teredo device but I did add one labeled "TAP Adapter V9 for Private Tunnel"
  
• IP Helper and Xbox Live Networking Service in services are automatic and running
  
• Window Defender Firewall is on

So here is what finally did it for me:

• First I had to go into my router and disable UPnP and enable DMZ
  
• Then Window + R and search msconfig
  
• Deselect the Load startup items
  
• Go to service tab and check "Hide all Microsoft Services"
  
• Select the disable all option and hit ok
  
• Restart PC

I do not know if this will work for you but it works for me and I will edit this if I run into any more problems. If it does not work I would recommend contacting xbox support but do not say it only happens in Forza Horizon 4 because then they will send you to Forza to support a ticket and get nothing solved. Plus xbox support has 24/7 chat which is easiest. Hope this helps anyone going through the awful problem I was.

now back and enable UPnP and disable DMZ because UPnP is not save for your pc. this what I did and its still work with me
