Keep refresh spamming the auction house. It will pop up eventually. Just make sure you're quick with buying it. Memorize the key inputs so you can purchase it as quick as you can.
No car is impossible to get in this game. They pop up eventually.
And a word of advice. Don't mess with your PC's clock. It will get you perma banned in this game as it is considered "manipulating the game to get advantage on other players. A.K.A: Cheating."
At this point, taking the Subaru BRZ is the obvious option. Cheaper and plenty enough options to play with to keep you going.
Save your time and money. Get the Subaru.
He's talking about the AE86 Corolla, not the GT86
You're right. My mistake.
Was in conversation earlier about the GT and spi c prices of those things.
Still a shame that kids inflate the prices of cheap cars. I wonder if I can do the same with a pack of pencils.
My advice would be:
Just let it pop up on Forzathon Store or seasonal playlist as normal. There is no real *need* to own it, aside for completing your collection.
It's just a lightweight, low-powered rear wheel drive "sports" car, which in certain situations it can be fun to drive. Other than that, yes, it is extremely over-hyped. There are so many other cars with the same characteristics that can do the same or better.
The only appeal I see in it is that they don't make cars like it anymore. Basic, bare-bone, lightweight RWD cars. Even the BRZ/GT86 and Miata feel a bit bloated with all the modern safety features and equipment they come with. It's nice to remember when cars weren't restricted by harsh regulations.
As for getting it, yeah just open up auction house and search for it once in a while. Someone'll eventually pop up to sell it. Although don't bother bidding, just buyout at full price.
It also might get added to the Horizon Backstage, who knows.
I personally don't care about modified cars. Any car can be modified irl or the videogame and made fast. What counts is stock. That's where you get to experience the real car, how it was envisioned by the manufacturer and compared to its competitors.
