That's what i do to make car controlable:
1. Convert it to AWD.
2. widest tires front and back
3. ajustable front and rear wing
After that in tunning set tire pressure to lowest and down force to cornering almost entirely to cornering.

Edit: After watching both and working with a couple if the cars; I've just about got them where I want them. The cornering and handling are far better than what they were stock.
btw I really hope FH5 will have more variants of aero to choose from. They don't even need to have different stats, just make them look different. I'm just tires installing same looking wing on every car.
