Report a translation problem
So delete ALL the files in the MAIN Forza 4 Directory and not the folders or the files inside the folders you are NOT deleting. Then Verify Cache and it will download the FILES you deleted which cannot be more then 500mb I presume ?

For Comodo firewall users, you don't need to turn off the firewall.
Go to Settings>>Advanced Protection>>Miscellaneous>>Check the checkbox "Don't detect shellcode injections in these applications" and click the link "these applications" and then add the game's folder.
There may have an option "injections detection" or something like this in the advanced setting for other antiviruses. Try to find this option and disable it or make an exclusion under its setting.
I don't even have that folder...
