Other commanders is his adjutants. I am not sure what's your problem. Perhaps, you've beat all the adjutants already. But yes, that means you didn't end the day and never tried Challenger battles.
Perhaps, you have played only the Qualifying rounds both in Ursus and Rigga.
Challenger battles are the same fights but considerably harder with new additional mechanics and rules. In Ursus you can skip them, though you can get additional rewards. In Rigga, you can also skip them despite the fact your companions literally trying to convince you to play that battles to get additional rewards and impress Quinna. Without them you miss all her story and can't get a good ending.
In Gollah you can't ignore Challenger battles, basically, you have to win every adjutant in the hard versions of the battles. Also, Hargell is going to tease you and you have to answer. There are several options how to approach this.
You can insult Hargell to make him want to fight you or you can try to get his respect by witty remarks and jokes, sometimes mocking. This will result in different consequences. But you can also fail to irritate him or earn his respect and end up with a neutral reputation. This way you won't be able to do much and will end up with just one option in the story.
Hope that helps.

You are always welcome. Please, consider to support us and leave an honest review on Steam. This is really important for us.
Have a good game.
Once again, the previous tournament was about your success in ерпу arena mostly. While this tournament in Gollah is mostly about how you talk to the guy. I understand it is not nice to have single word answer but I will add an option to see the full answers behind them with the next patch this week, hopefully.
Basically, you have to decide for yourself if you want to try and earn his respect or insult him. These're the ways to make him fight you. But they will give you different options and endings of the tournament. If you didn't get his respect or didn't insult him enough, your reputation is neutral, and he'll refuse to fight you. Also, you will be stuck with just one option to end the tournament.
But a totally other thing is, that after that, my only choice is to poisen him. Why i cannnot warn him at this point of the game? I didnt want to poisen him and now Quinna is gone alse because of that
Thats bad writing and leaves me really disappointed and at that moment all my motivation (which was great till this point) to play further is gone. My game and story experience is somehow broken now.
There i no way to replay a hole region again?
I understand the frustration but the idea was that your protagonist is not stupid enough to tell a guy who really didn't like him anything about his right hand. Also, Finn's loyal to Berkana and he understands that he should do it to save his country.
I could add an option to tell everything but the protagonist will fail, and you end up with a bad ending for the tournament. Will that cause frustration? I guess so. The only thing is, you won't lose Q.
I can also give you an option to not adding poison to the cup but it is the same. I can think about it, though, if you think you are ready to lose and stuck with that save where you failed completely.
As for the answers, I will fix that, as I said. And yes, there's no way to replay the whole region again. Perhaps, I have to think about that as well. I am not sure.
Thank you for your feedback. I suggest you to wait for the patch.
I desperately needed some feedback about that tournament from real players because our tests was not enough, and I had doubts about the way I executed it.
I am going to add a lot of things there. An ability to read the texts behind the buttons to make sure you really want your protagonist to say this. Hargell reactions will be highlighted in some way, so you can understand what you did with your answer. I will also add some options for a player when he's stuck with neutral reputation. And the ability to replay a tournament, perhaps.
It is going to take a while though. We will release a patch this week with some important fixes, then we have a week to rest and then we'll come back to deliver what I just promised. Thank you for your support and I am sorry if I disappointed and discouraged you.
For folks like me who may skip or skim through the story, an adjustment may help.
Glad this post has helped others too...
As I said I can help you with it.
I do understand that is not for everyone. But the negative result is also a result, and it is important for the story. You are still making a good guy run but the circumstances were too hard for you. Personally, I find it interesting because you can't always know how the world around you is going to react to your actions, and that's the point.
I know, some players are playing for achievements and think it is better to get the best possible result but it is also very predictable. This way you can play with a guide, and I believe it removes the fun of being in the game.
Anyway, you can replay the tournament if you want to. There's an option in the ESC-menu. And if you want to make a perfect run, this information below will help you:
It is not about guessing. The point of the game is to find out more about this Chieftain character. He's a decent warrior, and you can earn his respect if you are acting like one. A true warrior knows his worth and won't get provoked when he hears an insult because he won't take it seriously. A true warrior might have answer with witty jokes, challenging the Chieftain or simply being serious and talk with dignity.
