Wacom Tablet: Pen unrecognized during configuration

So I have a Wacom Intuous tablet, and I was super excited that SuchArt has tablet compatibility... however when I select to configure my pen, and click the buttons on my pen, it doesn't do anything. Does anyone know a fix for this? I've already tried reinstalling my tablet drivers and it seems to be working fine on my drawing softwares.

i have that exact same tablet as well and it isnt working for me either

THIS SOLUTION WORKED FOR ME:

"I had to add the game to my "Wacom tablet properties" application list, and turn windows ink on (I usually disable it for PS)."
