You know what I meant. Seriously nitpicking.
It only runs better because the graphics are FAR worse. The console versions have almost no lighting effects and the textures are abysmal. Just look at the Digital Foundry Xbox Series X vs PC comparison. It also runs at 900p on the Series X while on Series S it runs at Sub-HD.
"when exploring in split-screen mode, the minimum resolution drops further. On Series X, the lowest case is around 900p while the Series S equivalent is 648p"
While you're trying to compare a PC that's trying the run the game in split-screen mode @ 1440p or 4k.

Or maybe it's because that reviewer turned off most of the options that make the PC version look better. I don't see any Ray Tracing and other features are missing.

Idk how you can think 900p and other issues plaguing the console version make it look better than the PC version.
The reviewer also claims that's it's captured at 4k when the game on consoles doesn't even run close to 4k. So please explain that.
Here's a more accurate representation of the game on Xbox and PC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhA5KDii-GQ&ab_channel=Games2Day
Um, I was just watching Dis2 playing on those settings with an average of 30fps and consoles dip down into the 20s which is barely playable. So I have no clue what you're talking about.
One of the best games i played the last months
Do you have a G-Sync monitor? They certainly help with the 'smoothness' of the game when it goes under 60fps.
