Help the uncoordinated - PLEASE!!

I am in the process of playing all of the Rusty Lake games in the sequence recommended by the authors/developers. I am at the Birthday and am stuck at a place most people would think was a pretty easy puzzle. It is the poster on the wall with the skyscrapers. My problem is that I CANNOT play Tetris or any of the many variations that there are out there. I have tried countless times to play it and I simply cannot do it. Something in my DNA (or something missing more likely) just isn't there and I will never be able to. I have played everything so far to virtual perfection, including getting all of the achievements. Would someone out there give me some insight in how I can work around this? I have a lot of time invested in the series and have already bought all of the games. Maybe the authors could suggest some workaround so that I can finish the Birthday and move on to the next challenge. Seriously - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!!!!!!

This happened to me once before and it was extremely annoying. For me, I had to restart the game, then wait until everything else I could do at the time was done to do it. I hope that it works the same for you if you haven't already fixed it.
