Report a translation problem
If you have Bitdefender/Windows Security, then you will need to open it up. Once you open up Bitdefender/Windows Security you should see a notifications tab on the bottom left. Next, you will want to view the notifications and you should see a message saying that an application access was blocked. Click on view application and then it will take you to a list of applications that may have been blocked. Look for Cube Escape Collection and then click on the gray oval to the right. It should should change to a blue oval with a check mark next to it. That means you should now have access. Restart the game and you should have access

I have tried uninstalling/installing the app as well as several solutions to similar problems such as deleting the AppID folder in userdata, starting the game in offline mode, disabling cloud saves. I also tried disabling Windows Security but none of these worked for me. Any suggestions?
Go to "%userprofile%/documents/Rusty Lake/CubeEscapeCollection" and try deleting saveGame.sav. Although, your progress will be reset.

To describe in detail:
* went in offline mode
* deleted "%userprofile%/documents/Rusty Lake/CubeEscapeCollection/saveGame.sav" file
* deleted "Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/%userid%/1292940/remotecache.vdf" file (1292940 is this game's id)
* launched the game (and it worked!)
* went in online mode
* launched the game, the cloud/local file mismatch dialogue came up
* chose to use the local file
* game launched properly
I did lose my progress but at least it works :) I guess my local save was corrupted, then when i chose to use it instead of the cloud one, the corrupted file was also stored in cloud (so the game wasn't working in other computers either)
