FS Village suggestion

FS Village can house an exclusive Crew Lounge where members of the same crew can gather and socialize. You can decorate it with trophies, check bulletin board, arrange matches, spectate Crew members game all from within the lounge. Lounge can be accessed from Village or within Crew's sub menu. You can have the option to invite fellow Crew members into the lounge.

Move Job Activity into FS Village to populate those empty building. Rewards will be different for each day and for every venue. Players can apply for only a single job per day but the reward will be better and definite, no random small drinks. Every 50 jobs, players will be given a bigger reward, for example 10x Notes or 50 Points or 15x Skill Balls. These venues need not have an interior. Jobs can be applied by speaking to NPCs at each entrance who can also offer useful tips or news about the game.

Basket ball court in the center of the Village can be used freely for practice. Any one entering the area will be given ball and they can start shooting, free for all. Good way to pass time since there is not much to do in the village. You can have a scoreboard and reward participants with Avatar goods, for example.
